The Corporate Governance Board consists of one Chairperson and 9 Members - 3 from each Baltic Country. 

The role of the Corporate Governance Board is to; 

· Define Baltic Corporate Governance 

· Communicate Corporate Governance best practices to relevant stakeholders 

· Be role models within Corporate Governance 

The Chairman of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance Executive Committee is a member of the Corporate Governance Board. The Chairman of the Corporate Governance Board will rotate between the country members on an annual basis. 

The Lithuanian members are: 

· Antanas Juozas Zabulis, President, UAB Omnitel 

· Rolandas Barysas, CEO & Editor in chief, Verslo Zinios 

· Prof. Viktoras Butkus, Chairman of the Board, Fermentas International Inc.
